My political science background taught me lots about deconstructing gender, riots in the ’60s and the disenfranchisement of (insert whatever here).

Yet, the (real) study of humankind involves questioning my own behavior and attitudes in context to the universe around me.

The “Whys?” cannot just be answered with “Why not?” My personal challenge: (re)examine all modern convention.

I enjoy photography and usually end up taking bad, way-too-many-serious photos of myself. Although, pictures of delicious food, quirky signs and random, urbanesque scenes make me swoon.

I love to smile…and chocolate cake from the Oak Mill Bakery in Bucktown is unadulterated heaven on a plate.
